第二：檢查電磁閥，電機(jī)組在運(yùn)行時，可通過看、聽、摸、嗅來對機(jī)組運(yùn)行時進(jìn)行檢查。在啟動時通過聽的方法，按下啟動按鈕三秒鐘之后，即可啟動。在三秒的啟動過程中，正常情況下可聽到兩次的咔嗒聲。若只聽到第一響而聽不到第二響，就需要檢查啟動電磁閥是否正常工作。

第三：檢查電池組.電池的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)是發(fā)電機(jī)正常啟動關(guān)鍵性的決定因素。電池組出問題時會有“有電壓無電流”的故障。出現(xiàn)此情

況能聽到啟動電機(jī)內(nèi)電磁閥吸合聲音，但無帶動連軸。電池組出現(xiàn)問題導(dǎo)致無法停機(jī)，是因?yàn)樵谠嚈C(jī)時采用了停止為電池充電的方式，而導(dǎo)致電池電量不足。也有一種情況可能會被忽略的是，國產(chǎn)電池壽命較短，大概在兩年左右，如忘記定期更換，也會出現(xiàn)這種情況。
